Our values

Our mission is the regular development of the farmers market in Imanta with the aim of promoting and assisting local, small farmers and entrepreneurs.

Our vision – to motivate farmers and producers preparing an increasingly high-quality products, it means supplying and growing in local regions typical plants and animal species in used of traditional methods as well as be environmental friendly.

We appreciate the work of Latvian entrepreneurs. In farmers market “Imantas tirgus” farmers bring their products by themselves, that’s why farmers and producers directly in farmers market find each other to exchange, recycle and produce products to remind you of forgotten values as bread baked in the oven, fresh fish, juniper smoking, morning milk in a clay bowl with your grandmothers cottage cheese pancakes and pies.

In the farmers market you need to look, feel, smell and taste!
We all eat and it would be very sad to waste this opportunity eating badly.
